He has over 30 years of working experience in marine engineering which includes over 15 years of ship management experience relating to technical support, sales and purchase, hull claims related damages, vessel chartering, ship building projects. Additionally, he has 6 years of experience in leading After Sales Service teams for Azimuth Thruster, Bow Thruster, CPP (Controllable Pitch Propeller), deck machinery and engines.

- Present Managing, controlling, supervising Service Teams and
- Fabrication Team for: Ship repair in floating dry dock (water-blast, painting, propeller & shaft, engine, shell-plate renewal,etc.)
- Fabricate truck body (aluminum cool-box, dry-box, 3-way drop side, etc)
- Service fuel tank in tank farm (grit-blast, painting, renew corrosion plate of fuel tank, repair/renew fuel line, service of fuel pump, etc)
- Service air-conditioning, ventilation system for building, fabricate minor structure of building
- Fabricate new fuel tank (capacity 1000 -50,000 litres) •Implement and retrofit new industrial and m arine related equipment
- Develop training courses for workers and supervisor
- Setup new building teams for fishing boat, ferry and rotor.
- MOHAMMED AIYAAZ SHARIFF

He has almost twenty-two years of working experience with seven organizations in Fiji. He has a Professional Certificate in Fabrication and Welding from Fiji National University together with Trade Certificate in Fabrication and Welding with FNTC and also participated in SGS & Design Engineering – Industrial Welders Performance Qualification (New Zealand Standard).
Subsequently he has served in many well-known organizations in Fiji and also has worked in other South Pacific countries like Nauru, Tonga, Federation States of Micronesia also including Australia, New Zealand.

- Garnet blasting and painting of horizontal and vertical tanks, steels, aluminum
- Fabricate new fuel tank (capacity 10000-50000 litres)
- Implement and retrofit new industrial and marine related equipment
- Develop training courses for workers and supervisor
- Carry out repair and maintenance work for Floating Dock and Boilership.
